When you register interest, Certifyd uses your email address and chosen role to send you information about Certifyd launch and early access. We record when and how you asked for these emails, including the version of the request shown to you.

What we keep

Your email, selected interests, registration times and email preference history. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may retain its campaign labels. We don’t use this form to collect client, patient or clinical information.

Why and who

We rely on your consent for launch and early-access emails. Authorised Certifyd staff can manage the list. Our email and hosting providers process information to provide these services. We do not sell the list or add you to unrelated campaigns. Contact the Certifyd team responsible for this information at gaz@certifyd.co.uk.

Your choices

Unsubscribe using the link in your registration email or contact us. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information. We keep minimal suppression information so your choice is respected. To rejoin after unsubscribing, submit this form again and confirm using the email we send.

How long

We review launch-only registrations after 12 months and remove them when they are no longer needed. Minimal withdrawal records are retained while this launch list is used to prevent unwanted emails. We use secure processing and restrict staff access.
